Hello — portfolio of a designer who moves things

I am
Sanju Vishwash

UI/UX Designer · Motion Designer · Noida, India

I design apps and websites that feel effortless and behave exactly the way they were drawn. I turn messy briefs into clear, research-backed products — from the first interview to the states an engineer can actually build.

Four years of motion came first, so transitions
arrive with duration, easing and trigger attached.

Demerara Bank: a unified web and mobile banking experience

Three separate web portals, an ageing app, and routine transfers that still meant a branch visit. I ran the research, then designed a new mobile app and web portal end to end — 62 screens in 7 weeks on one shared design system.

Pukaar.ai: from a baby's cry to an answer in 90 seconds

An AI babycare product taken from zero to live in 15 weeks. I led UX research and interaction design alongside the founders and 10+ paediatricians — a cry analyzer, AI infection screening and on-demand expert support, all on one design system.

How I got here

My career, step by step.

I started as a motion designer, making things move. Then I got far more curious about why people tap, scroll and stay — so I went back and learned UX properly.

01NOW

Ksolves India Ltd.

UI/UX Designer · Apr 2023 – Present · Noida

Research, user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity UI in Figma. I own the component library — variables, tokens, named states, documentation — annotate states and transitions, then QA the build in staging. Motion for product and marketing sits alongside it: explainers, teasers, animated landing sections.

Motion & Graphic Designer · Sep 2022 – Mar 2023 · Noida

Client briefs end to end for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn: motion graphics for social posts and ads, first frame to final cut. I worked directly with clients to pin down their goals before opening a file, and handled the whole loop myself — brief, design, revisions, delivery.

03THE START

Indotechs Software Pvt. Ltd.

Motion & Graphic Designer · Mar 2022 – Sep 2022 · Noida

My first product role: one illustration and motion language across the Merchant and Customer apps. In-app illustrations and micro-interactions with developers and product, animated tutorials that lifted engagement, plus app-store creatives and mobile UI in Figma.

Unified two apps built years apart — and documented the rules, so work made after I left still matched.

What I bring

What I'd own on your team.

01UX Research & Product ThinkingResearch → Brief

Interviews, surveys, competitive audits and heuristic evaluation — then the part that actually matters: reducing all of it to the two or three user needs a team can design against. On Pukaar.ai that meant 70+ interviews and a 400-parent community; on Demerara Bank, 9 interviews and a 412-response survey that reframed the brief before a single screen was drawn.

02Interface & Interaction DesignWireframe → Pixel

Information architecture, user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity UI. I design the whole surface rather than the happy path — loading, empty, error, filled and confirm states included, because that is where a product either earns trust or quietly loses it.

03Design SystemsBuilt to scale

Component libraries with variables, tokens and documented rules, so the fiftieth screen costs less than the fifth and the work still matches after I hand it over. Demerara's mobile app and web revamp — 62 screens in 7 weeks — ran on one shared system.

04Micro-interactions & MotionMy second discipline

Four years of motion work before product design, and it shows in the handoff. I spec transitions as values an engineer can use — duration, easing and trigger, not adjectives like "smooth". One timing scale across a product, and the interface starts explaining itself without copy.

05Working With EngineersHandoff that holds

Named states, annotated files, Lottie exported where it belongs, and a build review before release. I would rather catch a wrong easing curve in staging than argue about it after launch — and developers tend to find that a faster way to work too.
